Zhangzhi Kun, born in November 1950, Liaoning Zhuanghe people. He graduated from the History Department of Northeast Normal University, bachelor's degree in history. Now the Institute of History, deputy director of the Liaoning Academy of Social Sciences, Associate Professor, Modern History of Northeast research.
